Indiana Youth Group (IYG) Needs Your Assistance!
IYG is seeking artists, businesses and other contributors to donate art and/or other items, goods and services for the Annual Show, Sale, and Art Auction.This year the event will be expanded to include a show of the Youth Art, with some items for sale. Art work made by youth as well as amateur and professional artists will be available for Silent Auctions/Sale beginning at 7:00 p.m.

A live auction featuring local auctioneer and comedienne Linda Bell will commence at 9:00 p.m. Admission to the event is $15. Admission includes entrance to the show, a bidder number, with hors d'oeuvres provided by Hoaglin Fine Catering. A cash bar will also be available. All proceeds from the event go to support the programs and services of IYG.

Donor Benefits

- Listing in the online catalogue of contributors - provided that the donation form is returned by the deadline-due date, March 8. Visit the 2008 IYG ART AUCTION web site.
- IYG Art Auction will provide a handout list of contributor's contact information for all Art Auction attendees at the Registration Table. Please return by March 8 in order to be on this list!
- Donor identification on the item description information will be displayed with the item at the show.
- The donor is invited to provide business cards or small info flyers to be placed with the item(s).
- If the donor has an item or items in the selected for the live auction AND IS ATTENDING the auction, the contributor will be introduced by the auctioneer.
- IYG will return a copy of the donation form at the conclusion of the Art Sale-Show-Auction that can be used to for tax documentation pursuant to IRS Publications 561 and 526.
Donation Procedures
- To receive all benefits of your donation, please EMAIL, mail, or fax the Donation Form to Indiana Youth Group by March 8, 2008, retaining a copy for your records.
- Three ways to get the Donation Form:

| Form as MSWord.doc | - to type in your info and then email back to us.
| Form as PDF | - to print out and mail or fax back to us. - Send us a digital photo of your donation! – It is helpful in our preparations if you can submit the form via email earlier than the March 8th due date along with a digital image of your item(s). Please label the image so we know it it is from and what it represents.

- Please attach any additional written materials, business cards, small flyers, etc. describing your contribution, which will enable us to present your donation to its best advantage. These may be included when you drop-off your item(s).

- The drop off-dates and locations will be announced later on the 2008 IYG ART AUCTION web site. This information will also be mailed to donors who have completed the Donation Form.
